This module is aimed at imparting on participants the 
fundamentals of project management knowledge. The 
40-hour module helps participants develop and share a
common vision of project management, discuss the basic
concepts underlying this management approach,
understand the related impacts and advantages, and 
learn project planning, tracking and control techniques.
This course is a pre-requisite for our Primavera P6 
Basic Course 102.

Through this module, we also prepare students for the 
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification of 
the Project Management Institute.
